Your data infrastructure. Daasity’s commercial intelligence models.

License purpose-built models that turn commerce, retail, marketing, inventory, and cost data into consistent business metrics—without building every transformation and business rule from scratch.

Deploy within your data environment on supported architectures, connect your reporting tools, and extend governed intelligence to AI through Daasity’s MCP AI Server.

1What you license

Transformation logic, modeled tables, business rules, and documented metric definitions for each model.

2Where it fits

Between the pipelines and warehouse you already run and the BI tools and AI applications your teams already use.

3Why license, not build

Commerce logic—channel mapping, sell-through vs. sell-in, cost allocation—is hard to build and harder to maintain. Daasity maintains it.

What you license

A defined deliverable, not a dashboard subscription.

Here’s what’s in a Daasity model license, what you can configure, and who is responsible for what.

Your questionThe answer
DeliverableWhat is delivered?Transformation logic, modeled tables, business rules, metric definitions, and documentation for each licensed model.

DeploymentWhere does it run?In your cloud data warehouse on supported platforms and transformation frameworks, or hosted on the Daasity platform. The supported architecture for your environment is confirmed during solution design.
ConfigurationWhat remains configurable? The business logic that differs from company to company.

ImplementationWhat does implementation include?Source mapping, deployment, reconciliation against your financial reporting, and validation sign-off. Daasity and customer responsibilities are defined in the statement of work.
After launchWhat happens after launch?Daasity maintains and updates the licensed model logic and provides support under your agreement. Customer-specific extensions are documented and managed as custom changes, so they’re preserved through model updates.
Usage rightsWhat are the usage rights?Licensed for your internal business use. Deploying models for clients, or reselling them, is covered by a separate partner agreement.
License, not transfer of ownership. You license the right to use Daasity’s models; Daasity retains the model IP. Your data stays yours, in your environment.
Architecture

The intelligence layer between your data and your decisions.

Most companies already have pipelines, a warehouse, and BI. What they lack is reliable foundational models. Daasity licenses that middle layer.

Supported integration paths

Warehouse-first

You already land source data in a warehouse. Daasity models deploy on top of it.

Prerequisites: supported warehouse, raw source data landed, deployment access.

Fill the gaps

Add Daasity ingestion for sources you don’t have yet—like retail POS—then deploy the models.

Prerequisites: supported warehouse, source credentials for new connectors.

Daasity-hosted

Run the models on the Daasity platform if you’d rather not manage warehouse infrastructure.

Prerequisites: source system access; BI or AI tool of choice.
Two ways to license

For your business, or for the clients you serve.

Brands license models to run their own business. Agencies and analytics platforms license them to deploy across clients.

For consumer brands

Stop rebuilding commerce logic in-house.

Give finance, sales, and marketing one set of numbers without dedicating your data team to building and maintaining every model.

  • Deploy within your data environment
  • Shared business definitions across teams
  • Consistent reporting across channels
  • Less internal development and maintenance

For agencies & analytics platforms

Add commercial intelligence to your offering.

Extend your digital and marketing capabilities with retail and profitability models—without building them for each client.

  • Repeatable deployment across clients
  • Standardized, documented models
  • Clear implementation responsibilities
  • Partner licensing and commercial packaging

Frequently asked questions

What exactly are we licensing?

The transformation logic, modeled tables, business rules, metric definitions, and documentation for each model you license. See What you license for the full breakdown.

Do we own the models?

No. You license the right to use them; Daasity retains the model IP and maintains the core logic. Your data remains yours and stays in your environment.

Where do the models run, and what do we need in place?

On supported cloud data warehouses and transformation frameworks in your environment, or on the Daasity platform. Prerequisites depend on your integration path; see Architecture.

Do we have to replace our BI tools, pipelines, or analytics platform?

No. The models sit between your data foundation and your reporting tools. Daasity ingestion is available for sources you don’t already capture.

Can we license just one model?

Yes. Every model can be licensed on its own. Sales and Contribution Margin are a featured combination, not a requirement.

Who maintains the models after launch?

Daasity maintains and updates the licensed logic and provides support under your agreement. Your team owns configuration choices such as mappings and allocation rules.

How are customizations handled?

Configurable settings—product mappings, channel definitions, cost treatments, allocation rules—are part of the standard model. Extensions beyond those are documented and managed as custom changes.

Is Digital Marketing Mix a marketing mix model (MMM)?

The model covers marketing performance reporting and attribution across digital channels. If you need statistical marketing mix modeling, raise it during scoping so expectations are clear.

Can our team use AI tools to query the models?

Yes, through Daasity’s MCP AI Server with compatible AI applications, subject to your architecture, permissions, and configuration.
